Field Service Engineering Intern
#담당업무
• Provide technical assistance to resolve day to day issues
• Install and Commission of factory automation equipment
• Perform field investigations to analyze technical problems
• Troubleshooting and repairing of equipment and/or components
• Complete reports, summaries, and paperwork as required
• Communicate between engineers from Korea and engineers at customer’s site
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
#구인조건
• 전공: 기계공학(Mechanical Engineering) 전공자
• 영어: 상
• Be able to prioritize and organize work to meet defined service level agreements
• Have experience building corporate IT knowledge bases and writing policies/processes
• Have excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Have solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Have adequate computer and application skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
